2010 Fall Meeting

The LRTA Fall Meeting will be held October 25, 26 and 27.  Our hosts will be LRTA Districts IX and X, and the district presidents and their planning committees are already working on an exciting agenda for the attendees.  Be sure to get your registration into the LRTA office as soon as possible.

Sessions will be held at the Holiday Inn, Monroe.  The hotel is located at 1051 U.S. Hwy. 165 (at I-20).  A special hotel room rate of $70.00, plus tax, has been negotiated with the hotel.  To reserve your room, call the hotel at 318.387.5100.  Be sure to ask for the LRTA group rate.  This special room rate is available through October 11, 2010.

The July-August issue of the LRTA Newsletter contained a form on page 8 that you can use to pre-register and to reserve your attendance at the meal functions.  Pre-registrations and dinner reservations need to be mailed in by October 16, 2010.

The Executive Board will meet at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, October 25, and the public is invited to attend.  The board members and staff look forward to seeing you in Monroe.
